Welcome to the Southend Tenants & Residents Federation Website
Who is involved? Residents.
Recognised Tenants and Residents Associations, Street & Block Voices, have automatic membership to the Federation and meet on a monthly basis, they are attended by two tenant representatives from each residents association and four voting representatives from the Tenant Voice Association.
The Federation have adopted a constitution, equal opportunity policy and code of conduct and there is dedicated officer support for this group, which currently includes Resident Involvement & Support Officers.
Guests are often invited to Federation meetings to give talks to the group on a range of issues as dictated by their agenda, these guests maybe officers of the Council, South Essex Homes, the Police or any other statutory organisation.
